Occasionally I get the question, "How do I order from you?"  or "I've never ordered online before" or maybe even "This is a large purchase, should I do it online?"  The answer the the last question is a resounding YES.  In an attempt to simplify the process, I have broken it down to 10 Easy Steps.  Here Goes!

10 Easy Steps to Order on VinylShake.com

• 1.) Go to Vinylshake.com to browse the various designs, styles and color options available for purchase.
• 2.)Take advantage of our FREE Color Samples. Choose up to 5 color chips to help you make your decision. If you would like to see a larger piece, they are available for purchase. Color Samples are mailed same day or the very next day via USPS.
• 3.)After your samples arrive, choose which color and profile is best for your home. If you do not see the color you want, you can order free color samples again. If you would like to see a larger piece of the color or profile, you may order a paid sample. We want you to be absolutely sure of what you are getting because there are no returns on this product. And we want you to be happy with your investment!
• 4.)When you’ve made your decision on color and style, place your order on VinylShake.com. If you would rather order by phone, simply call one of our sales team members at 256-386-7587 Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:00 pm Central Standard time.
• 5.)Once your order has shipped, VinylShake.com will send you tracking information to your email address. Orders less than 4 to 5 boxes will ship UPS ground. Orders over 5 to 6 boxes will ship LTL Freight line. If order is large enough to ship LTL, the freight company will schedule an appointment for delivery. The receiver will need to be present to unload the freight. All boxes weigh less than 55 lbs.
• 6.)Please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages or shortages within 24 hours. If there are damages and/or shortages, VinylShake.com will take the appropriate action.
• 7.)Once the product has arrived in satisfactory condition, schedule installation. We are not responsible for lost time and or the cost of rescheduling contractors.
• 8.)Install siding according to manufacturer’s installation guides to ensure a beautiful finish.
• 9.)Admire your beautiful new Vinyl Siding.
